‘Sogno’ (Italian for ‘dream’) is a place for fine food and drink just outside Boston, MA.

As fine as their wine and menu offerings are, they wanted a similar outward expression of sophistication to match.

They found their elegant yet functional solution in the Pergola X, by StruXure… but what they didn’t count on was just how cost-effective their restaurant expansion would be.

The new outdoor seating area boosted capacity by 40 seats… but did so at a cost per square foot that no ‘brick and mortar’ solution can come close to matching.

And with the addition of heaters, fans, and lighting that reflects the art deco feel of the larger building… Sogno is almost a ‘new’ restaurant–with higher revenues than ever before.
