If it’s golf legends you’re interested in seeing compete on one of South Florida’s most beautiful courses, get yourself to the Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club in Boca Raton, FL the week of October 31 – November 6. This year’s TimberTech Championship will showcase the top 54 players on the 50-and-older circuit. Each year, proceeds from the TimberTech Championship benefit health programs of the Boca Raton Champions Golf Charities.

As a new member of The AZEK Company family, StruXure will be on hand to support our sister company and tournament sponsor, TimberTech. Several of StruXure’s newest product, the Cabana X, will be set up around the course to offer shade to participants. Two white Cabana Xs will be set up in the TimberTech Backyard (an area adjacent to the Championship entrance and close to the yacht club), while three black Cabana Xs will be erected in front of the Golf Clubhouse. Participants and spectators will be able to experience first-hand how functional and durable these outdoor shade structures can be, from their automated pivoting louvers to the addition of accessories like curtains, panels, and lights. And with a 10’ x 10’ footprint, the Cabana X can be placed wherever needed, including on TimberTech decking.

The TimberTech Championship will continue to be a Zero Waste event, meaning none of the trash will be sent to area landfills. As part of TimberTech’s FULL-CIRCLE plastic bag collection drive, some of the waste will even be repurposed and re-used to manufacture TimberTech’s low maintenance and environmentally sustainable outdoor living products.
